Join us for our Virtual Workshop!
Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) is offering a virtual stress-solution workshop specifically to our ARC veteran volunteers family and friends. These discussions are facilitated by a licensed mental health professional.
Participants learn to recognize and manage stressors in their lives. You will have the opportunity to connect with others, learn and practice new skills, and ask questions. participants understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy stress levels.
